Welcome to OnlineDTFStore.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from OnlineDTFStore.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products and Services

OnlineDTFStore.com provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, gang sheets, and related custom printing products.

Because our products are produced based on customer-selected sizes, quantities, artwork, and other specifications, most products sold through our website are custom-made.

2. Customer Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork is correct and ready for production.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

·         You own the artwork or have permission and legal rights to reproduce it.

·         The artwork is the correct size, resolution, orientation, and format.

·         All spelling, dates, names, numbers, colors, and design elements have been reviewed and approved by you.

·         The artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party.

OnlineDTFStore.com is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Artwork Quality and Resolution

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality, print-ready artwork.

Low-resolution, pixelated, blurry, improperly sized, or otherwise poor-quality artwork may produce lower-quality transfers. Printing an uploaded file does not constitute approval or correction of the artwork by OnlineDTFStore.com.

We are not responsible for print-quality problems resulting from the quality of the file provided by the customer.

4. Sizing

The customer is responsible for selecting and verifying the correct dimensions before placing an order.

Artwork is produced according to the dimensions submitted or selected during ordering. We are not responsible if the customer orders an incorrect size.

Measurements may be subject to minor production tolerances.

5. Colors

We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate and consistent colors. However, colors displayed on monitors, phones, and other digital devices may differ from the final printed product.

Color differences may also occur due to artwork color profiles, display settings, inks, films, printing conditions, and other production factors.

Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing before production.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been placed. Once production has started, the order cannot normally be changed or canceled.

Customers should contact us immediately at help@onlinedtfstore.com if a change is needed.

7. Production and Turnaround Times

Any production or turnaround times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Turnaround time does not include carrier transit time.

Delays may occasionally occur because of equipment issues, unusually high order volume, supply shortages, carrier delays, weather, incorrect customer information, artwork problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

OnlineDTFStore.com is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.

9. Application of DTF Transfers

Application results depend on several factors, including garment material, heat press temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, and equipment calibration.

Customers are responsible for following the application instructions provided by OnlineDTFStore.com.

We strongly recommend testing transfers before beginning a large production run.

OnlineDTFStore.com is not responsible for garments, merchandise, labor, lost profits, or other costs resulting from incorrect application, improper heat press settings, operator error, or failure to test the transfer.

10. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you believe we produced your order incorrectly or the transfers have a manufacturing defect, contact us at help@onlinedtfstore.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

If we determine that an order was produced incorrectly due to an error by OnlineDTFStore.com, we may, as appropriate, replace the affected product, reprint the affected transfers, issue store credit, or provide a refund.

11. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Discounts, promotions, coupons, and volume pricing may have additional conditions and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

12. Intellectual Property

The OnlineDTFStore.com website, branding, graphics, text, layout, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to OnlineDTFStore.com and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of its respective owner.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineDTFStore.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that OnlineDTFStore.com will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or technical problems.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted on OnlineDTFStore.com unless otherwise stated.
